In July 2010, One Stop Auto Care was created by current owners Paul Wilding and Jacqueline Plaice. Initially the workshop was part of an existing mechanical business established for some 18 years or so as ‘One Stop Suzi Shop', a specialist Suzuki automotive repairer and new and used parts business. With many satisfied Suzuki customers bringing their non-Suzuki vehicles in for repair work, a decision was made to break away the workshop from the parts and ensure the workshop then appealed to every customer, not just Suzuki owners.
Having been involved in the automotive industry for more than 20 years, Paul has applied equal levels of professionalism, high standards of workmanship and exemplary customer service to both One Stop Auto Care and One Stop Suzi Shop. One Stop Auto Care's team of professionals constantly reach the high levels expected from both working owners Jacqueline and Paul. After living in Rome for just under 5 years, Jacqueline Plaice has been in business on the Gold Coast for over 12 years, she is also passionate about good service and honesty. As a member of Rotary Club of Burleigh Heads for over 6 years, Jacqueline believes integrity inside and outside of the workplace is paramount to building a long lasting relationship with customers. Both Paul and Jacqueline believe in customer service and transparency in their business and believe in supporting local business as much as possible.
